Position 1: Junior Export Documentation Officer

Orbis Trading is seeking a motivated Junior Export Documentation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a first degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university. Candidates must also have a minimum of three years of work experience in export-related operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.

Position 2: Junior Import Documentation Officer

We are also hiring a detail-oriented Junior Import Documentation Officer to handle the documentation processes associated with importing goods. Applicants must possess a first degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university, along with at least three years of import-related work experience.

The Junior Import Documentation Officer will manage import records, ensure accuracy in documentation, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to guarantee smooth import operations. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to navigate the complexities of import documentation effectively.

Position 3: Export Operations Documentation Manager

Orbis Trading is looking for an experienced Export Operations Documentation Manager to oversee and manage the export documentation process. Candidates should have a second degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field, with five years of relevant work experience, three of which must be in an export operations management position. Alternatively, candidates with a first degree and seven years of related experience, including five years in management, are also encouraged to apply.

As an Export Operations Documentation Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining export processes, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This position demands exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
