1. Manager of Grade B – Tiger Branch

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA in Management or Accounting.
• Experience:
  • 2 years as Manager of a Grade C Branch or equivalent.
  • A total of 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Location:
  • Bahir Dar & Dona Ber Branches (North West District).

2. Secretary

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA in Office Administration and Secretarial Science or related fields.
  • OR Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV with a COC award in Office Administration.
• Experience:
  • For BA: 1 year as a Secretary or equivalent experience.
  • For Diploma/TVET: 2 years as a Secretary or equivalent experience.
• Location:
  • Head Office.

3. Manager of Grade C Branch

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA in Management or Accounting.
• Experience:
  • 2 years as Manager of a Grade D Branch or equivalent.
  • A total of 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Location:
  • Dessie Branch (North East District).

4. Manager of Grade B Branch

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA in Management or Accounting.
• Experience:
  • 2 years as Manager of a Grade C Branch or equivalent.
  • A total of 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Location:
  • Adama Branch (Central & East District).

5. Manager of Grade B – Tiger Branch

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA in Management or Accounting.
• Experience:
  • 2 years as Manager of a Grade C Branch or equivalent.
  • A total of 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Location:
  • Jimma & Menaheria Jimma Branches (South West District).
