Position: Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent, you will be a key player in driving customer engagement, promoting the ChipChip platform, and ensuring repeat orders. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited about growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Agent, your day-to-day activities will include:
- Actively identifying and onboarding new customers to the ChipChip app.
- Educating customers on the benefits of group buying and how to use the platform effectively.
- Assisting group leaders in organizing and managing group orders.
- Maintaining follow-ups with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Gathering feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to persuade and build strong relationships with customers.
- A results-driven mindset with self-motivation to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and mobile apps (an added advantage).
