Job Description
As a Branch Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the overall operations of Tsehay Bank’s Jigjiga branch. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving business targets, and adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- A minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Marketing Management
- Or other related fields
- A minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in:
- Experience:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
- A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role is required.
